Susan Doyle
Susan has had an extensive executive career in finance specialising in superannuation, funds management and strategic investment for some of Australia’s largest and most trusted corporations such as Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, Suncorp Insurance and Finance and Insurance Australia Group.
Most notably she served as Chairman of Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation for six years and was a founding member of the Future Fund Board of Guardians, on which she served for nine years from 2006 to 2015. She currently serves as a Director of Lawcover Insurance Pty Ltd and Lawcover Pty Ltd, Director of Security Exchanges Guarantee Corporation, Deputy Chair of Taronga Conservation Society, a Member of NSW Treasury Corporation Board Investment Committee and a Member of Anindilyakwa Mining Council Trust.
Susan is critically concerned with assisting and being involved with organisations that realise a positive social impact and lead to a stronger and fairer Australian community landscape.

Professor Bill Randolph
Bill has 45 years’ experience as a researcher on housing and urban policy issues in the academic, government, non-government and private sectors and holds a PhD from the London School of Economics. He was Director of the City Futures Research Centre at UNSW from its launch in 2005 to December 2020 and has led research in housing policy, housing markets, high density housing, social inclusion, accessible and healthy built environments, urban renewal, urban sustainability and metropolitan planning policy issues.
Since joining UNSW BE in 2004, Bill has developed City Futures into an internationally recognized research centre and was also Associate Dean Research between 2009 and 2013. He is a past Director of the UNSW/UWS AHURI Research Centre and Director of the Urban Frontiers Program at the University of Western Sydney. He has sat on a number of government and academic boards, committees and steering groups. He was a Director of ShelterNSW between 2013 and 2020.
Before moving to Australia in 1998 from the UK, Bill worked on housing policy and urban planning research for the central and local government sectors. Previously as Head of Research at the National Housing Federation in London, the national peak body for non-profit affordable housing landlords, he led the development of national research into affordable housing provision.

Matthew Valenti
Matthew has a degree in Construction Project Management and a Graduate Certificate in Property Development from UTS. He commenced working in construction as a client side project manager and has strong strategic and delivery experience gained in the corporate real estate sector.
He founded and established AccessAccom in 2017 with a vision to become a preeminent provider of purpose built homes for people with disability and needing high levels of support. Matt’s enjoys negotiating great outcomes for people with complex needs.
As a Managing Director, Matthew combines his exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and genuine empathy to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for AccessAccom’s clients and colleagues. He is dedicated to paving the way for a future where individuals with disabilities can live with dignity, independence, and equity.

Helen Wood
Helen is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Certified Senior Housing Professional ( SPAHIc) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with extensive CEO, senior executive and non-executive experience in the Not for Profit sector. She has extensive experience in property development and operations in Community and Supported Housing, Retirement Living and Aged Care and holds a Class 1 Real Estate Licence.
Helen joined AccessAccom in 2018 and established the resourcing and business processes for the organisation. She has since been responsible for mobilising AccessAccom’s SDA apartment projects, overseeing and optimizing the company’s day-to-day operations. Helen works collaboratively with on-site support partners selected for their shared values and local capability in providing great customer service. Helen is currently leading the growth and development of the operations team and developing policy around the new models of shared housing and villas which are coming through our development pipeline.
Helen’s lifelong dedication to providing affordable housing for people, strategic thinking, and operational expertise make her invaluable to AccessAccom.

Jade Tran
Jade is a CPA qualified finance professional with a track record in the banking industry specialising in Strategic Investment Finance. Now, as the CEO of Transparency Business Services, Jade is dedicated to assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in optimizing their operations and enhancing their financial performance. In this role, Jade focuses on providing valuable insights and guidance to SMEs, helping them identify areas where they can improve efficiency and maximize profitability. With a keen eye for identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies, Jade is committed to helping businesses grow their bottom line.
As the Financial Controller of AccessAccom, Jade takes on the responsibility of efficiently managing the day-to-day finances and also plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by organizing support functions, streamlining financial processes, and establishing robust forecasting and reporting frameworks. Jade is well-versed in the intricacies of NDIS funding and reimbursement processes, ensuring the business can navigate these complexities effectively. Her commitment extends to planning, implementing, and managing best practice accounting systems that drive AccessAccom’s growth and success.

Lewin Ellis
Lewin joins us with extensive experience in the disability sector, providing effective leadership, stakeholder engagement and NDIS education across the sector.
With demonstrated experience working in partnership with stakeholders from Health, Education, Government and Community based organisations, he has a strong understanding of the NDIS and community engagement. Lewin drives inclusion at local and state levels through education and self-empowerment. He has achieved national outcomes for People with Disabilities, including the redesign of the Participant Pathway in 2018, creating a more easily accessible pathway to access the NDIS.
Lewin is determined to use his NDIS experience and person-centred approach to build successful partnerships with individuals and organisations that achieve positive outcomes for the community. At AccessAccom he specialises in assisting individuals through the application process to explore and deliver suitable housing solutions and work with Support Coordinators, Service Providers and the NDIS to achieve the best outcomes.

Neeha Prasad
Neeha is a qualified property professional with a versatile skill set resulting from her extensive experience gained across the property sector, in private residential real estate, social housing, community housing, and most recently in the emerging Specialist Disability Accommodation sector.
Her proficiency in property and tenancy management and quick adaptability to new and challenging situations results in an enjoyable and efficient experience for both tenants and partners. Neeha’s expertise encompasses a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and a deep familiarity with the NDIS and SDA legislation and rules ensuring a smooth move-in processes for tenants and a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Yet it’s her commitment to accessibility and enriching the lives of participants that truly defines her. Neeha is a driving force in creating inclusive communities and accessible living, shaping a brighter future for all.

Del Sanoubane
Del has over a decade of experience in administration and customer service, with a career spanning in property management, aged care and disability services. Over the past five years, she has developed extensive expertise in the disability sector, including two years specialising in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
At AccessAccom, Del supports applicants through the onboarding process and ensures smooth transitions into their new homes. She is committed to creating welcoming environments where residents feel safe, supported, valued and truly at home.
